As I am about to enter into a new season of my life, I find myself thinking about how I got here. All the decisions that were made (some by me), that led me to this point. I think I can honestly say that if one of the choices were made the other way, I don’t think I would be beginning in youth ministry at New Life, I don’t know if I’d be attending seminary, and I’m not sure if I’d be praying about and considering other major life decisions in the next few years.

With the business that I am beginning to encounter, as excited as I am, I have to confess that I am feeling anxious and nervous. But I think I am more excited that anything else. It reminds of me of the first day of school, when you walk onto campus excited and nervous, with no idea what lies ahead… veteran upperclassmen shaking their heads in mild amusement (I like to think it was mild amusement).

So with this new season, I’ve decided to digitally memorialize some of my thoughts in WordPress form. Hopefully, this will be a good investment of time and I am excited to see what God will do.
